    • TT: HM, Dalton, Trinity, Chapin, Collegiate, Spence, Brearley. 2nd tier: St Anns, St B, ECFS, Riverdale, NBS. 3rd tier all except these schools that are 4th tier: Dwight, BWL, Hewitt, Claremont, and schools that go up to 5th grade.

    • The tiers are stupid...how can there be three TT girls' schools and only one TT boys' school? How can there be only two TT co-eds in all of Manhattan, and one is virtually impossible to get into w/o a sibling connection? UB should give the tiers a rest, especially in light of how difficult it was to get into ANY private school last year.

      • So-called top tier schools are K-12 schools, because their tierness is based on exmissions to college.

        • ^^^ I agree with you that the rankings are silly. You will find very bright kids at every school.
